Learning English words is easy with the Slovos app. If you are going to learn English, then first of all you need to have a good vocabulary in order to quickly learn grammar and other rules and, as a result, understand the interlocutors and speak fluently. The application contains 15,000 of the most popular English words. The training starts with the most popular ones. When sorting, we used the vocabulary corpuses of the modern British and American languages, which consist of materials on various topics. Therefore, if you learn English words using the Slovos application, then you can easily read and understand most articles, news, books, films or conduct a dialogue.

Thanks to a simple but effective technique, you can quickly learn english words.

It works like this:
You are shown English words with transcription, as well as 5 translation options.
- You need to choose the correct translation option.
- If the word is not familiar to you, you can view its translation options in the tooltip.
- When you choose the correct translation options 5 times, the word is considered learned and is no longer shown to you. This parameter can be changed.
- In the process, you will not learn all English words at once, but in small groups moving from the simplest and most popular words to the more rare and difficult ones. The default group size is 25 words, but this parameter can also be changed.
- If learning English is not new for you, but you want to quickly increase your vocabulary, then the application has a function that makes it possible to skip 100, 500, 1000 or any number of english words and start not with simple ones, but with more complex ones ...
- It is also possible to skip certain words that you know well.

It is worth noting that there are more than a million words in English, but in everyday speech, at best, several thousand are used. It is clear that there is no point in learning absolutely all words. Most likely, most of them will never be useful to you. And you can learn most of the most popular English words with this application. Regular repetition puts words at the beginning into short-term memory, and then into long-term memory, which allows you to remember even the most difficult English words.

Someone may object that you need to learn not words, but phrases, since the same word in different phrases can have different meanings. This is true only for those people who have a good vocabulary, and understand that here the word is used in this sense, and in another case - in another.
But if the word is completely unfamiliar to you, then you need to learn its main translation at the very beginning, and then analyze what it means in the context of a particular phrase.
Therefore, the first is learning English words, the second is learning English phrases and speaking practice.

For many people, learning english words seems quite difficult. It is not always clear where to start, what topic to choose, in what order to learn English words.
The Slovos app contains 15,000 of the most popular English words. The list includes absolutely all parts of speech, as well as all forms of irregular verbs. In compilation, the Corpus of Modern American English was used. Its main difference is that the Corpus contains 520 million words and is balanced across genres. Words are sorted by popularity. At the very beginning, there are the simplest and most popular, which can be found almost everywhere. That is, at the beginning, the application will not offer you to learn, for example, the word gabelle (tax on salt), but will leave the word good for later.
As a result, you don't need to think about which topic or part of speech to study in order to quickly learn English words. Everything is already balanced and sorted as needed.

It is worth noting that the application is absolutely free. You don't need to buy additional dictionaries or subscriptions. Everything is absolutely free.

As you can see, learning English words with Slovos is easy, but at the same time very effective.
